SHIPPING & HANDLING

*Please be patient and track your shipping via the appropriate website as listed below. We are not responsible for delays in transit.*

Depending on your country, there may be an import fee to customs for the receiver to pay before the parcel may be delivered. Import fees are the responsibility of the receiver to pay. If parcels are refused by the receiver due to import fees, a partial refund (85%) will be given, but not covering the cost of shipping.

Once the package is marked as 'delivered' on the tracking page, we are not responsible for misplaced or stolen packages.
If parcel is stolen, please contact the mail theft department of the shipping company (postal system or courier) for further directions. We are not responsible for mail theft, vandalism or delivery to the wrong address due to the wrong mail address being provided. (Please see note below)

Unless stated otherwise, all UK and international orders are dispatched within 2-10 business days. Prints are sent as either 1st or 2nd class tracked shipping as selected at the checkout. A tracking number will be provided via email.

For large parcels (larger than 46x46x61cm), parcels are sent via DLH. Orders can be tracked via the tracking number found in the shipping confirmation email sent once your parcel has been dispatched.

Any import duties/taxes required for your country are the recipients own responsibility. Refunds will not be issued for issues pertaining to artwork not being released due to not paying taxes. Should the artwork then be returned for whatever reason the taxes incurred will not be refunded to the recipient.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders provided with and an incorrect address will be charged an additional shipping fee to cover the cost of resending the parcel if the correct address is not provided before dispatch.  This assumes the artwork was returned due to a wrong delivery address. If the artwork is not returned, due to the wrong address being originally provided, a refund will not be issued.

RETURN POLICY

Refunds are not accepted except in the unlikely instance that the piece has been damaged or lost in transit. If your item has been damaged in transit, please email pictures of the damage to richard@richardjhunt.com within 14 days of receiving the piece. From there, the issue will be resolved via email communication. Thank you.
