1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 10 business days.
Commissioned artwork will have a longer processing time, agreed individually during the commission process.

2. Delivery Locations

I currently ship to most countries but you should contact me and check - due to the world economics, some countries such as Iran, Russian, Somalia, Afghanistan, Yemen, Syria, South Sudan, Libya, Iraq are excluded.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. These are based on carrier guidelines and cannot be guaranteed.
Delays due to customs, international transit, or postal service issues are outside my control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates vary depending on delivery location, weight and size. A small additional cost may be required. I will try to honour my prices where viable.

5. Import Duties, Customs Fees & Taxes

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, local taxes, or handling fees applied by their country’s customs authorities.
These are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

If the buyer refuses to pay these charges and the parcel is returned or held by customs:
👉 No refund will be issued.
👉 Artwork cannot be returned for a refund due to unpaid import fees.

6. Packaging

All artwork is packaged securely using professional, protective materials.
Large or oversized pieces may be shipped rolled, flat-packed, or crated depending on what is safest.

7. Shipping Issues

If your parcel appears lost or delayed, please contact me at richard@richardjhunt.com and I will assist where possible.
Once an item has shipped, responsibility for transit lies with the carrier. Items will be insured.
