Returns Policy

I comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request to return a non-commissioned artwork within 14 days of receiving it.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be returned in original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as when it left.

  • You must notify me in writing at: richard@richardjhunt.com

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Commissioned artwork (custom orders)

  • Digital downloads

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items rejected or returned due to refusal to pay import duties or customs fees (see Shipping Policy)

3. Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for return postage.  

The buyer should provide photos of the artwork prior to sending as proof of condition.
A tracked and insured service is strongly recommended.

I cannot process refunds for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork in acceptable condition.
Refunds are made to the original payment method only.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Depending on the circumstances, I may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

6. Cancellations

Orders for non-commissioned artwork may be cancelled before dispatch.
Commissioned orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun, and deposits are non-refundable.
